Marissa

Marissa is full of energy, positivity and has a genuine love for people and new experiences. She’s best known as one of the Rancan Sisters, co-founders of Rancan Sisters Health & Fitness a popular fitness business that thrived for 17 years throughout the late '80s and '90s. Marissa appeared regularly on Good Morning Australia with a live fitness segment, as well as on numerous other television programs and in lifestyle magazines. She later transitioned into working as a freelance professional makeup artist, helping people feel confident and camera-ready. No stranger to reality TV, Marissa took part in Big Brother Australia in 2020, placing 8th out of 22 contestants and proving she’s still a force to be reckoned with. In 2024, she and her cheeky Border Collie, Tommie Turbo, appeared on Dogs Behaving (Very) Badly, where Tommie’s enthusiasm for herding cars instead of sheep became an instant talking point. A lifelong lover of fitness, Marissa enjoys weights, running and cycling bush tracks, always with Tommie Turbo by her side.
