Raquel

Raquel is a Brazilian-born creative storyteller, bold and adventurous by nature, never afraid to take risks, and one of six siblings from a large family. In her thirties, she made the life-changing decision to leave everything behind and move to Australia alone from her small town in Brazil without speaking English. Since starting over, Raquel has built two photography businesses and worked with clients from around the world, photographing hundreds of people and creating content for brands and clients. Her work and life experiences have taken her across different countries and cultures, giving her a strong interest in people and human behaviour. When she isn’t behind the lens, Raquel enjoys solo travel and playing beach tennis.
